Lead is the material that solves the junctions, and it is where most roofs fail first. Where a roof meets a chimney, a wall, a dormer or a valley, something has to carry the water across the gap, and lead does that better and for longer than anything sold as a shortcut.

We carry out specialist bespoke lead work: chimney flashings and soakers, back gutters, valleys, dormer cheeks and tops, parapet and abutment details. It is cut and dressed to suit the actual roof rather than fitted from a kit, which is why it lasts.

If you have been sold a repair where the flashing was sealed with mastic, it will fail again. Properly formed lead work does not need the sealant in the first place.
